Lawyer and Founding Partner Carl-Oskar Morgården

Carl-Oskar Morgården is one of Sweden’s leading defense attorneys. He began his career as a business lawyer at one of Sweden’s leading business law firms. Since 2008, he has fully specialized in criminal law. Carl-Oskar has successfully represented numerous clients accused of various crimes. He qualifies for the Swedish Bar Association’s highest level regarding professional experience for criminal defense lawyers and has completed multiple courses in criminal law.

Lawyer Alen Mizimovic

Since earning his law degree from Örebro University, Alen Mizimovic has worked in civil law, primarily focusing on criminal cases. During his university studies, he specialized in criminal law, taking advanced courses in general criminal law and sentencing theory. Over the years, Alen has handled a wide range of cases including serving as counsel for injured parties, special representative, and private defender. Since becoming a lawyer, he has primarily worked as a public defender, successfully defending clients in multiple cases.

Alen accepts assignments as a public defender, counsel for injured parties, and special representative for children. He also takes on cases involving compulsory care (LVU, LPT, and LVM), custody disputes, and immigration law matters.

Lawyer Marika Lampers

Marika Lampers has experience working with criminal cases in various roles. She worked at Hall prison and interned as a court clerk at Stockholm District Court. Marika has completed an advanced course in criminal law and wrote her thesis on the subject. During her time at Advokatfirman Morgården, she has assisted Carl-Oskar Morgården in several extensive cases, including murder trials. She also has significant experience representing crime victims and acting as counsel in disputes concerning custody, residence, and visitation.

Marika accepts assignments as a public defender, counsel for injured parties, and special representative for children. She also takes on assignments as counsel in custody disputes.

Legal associate Ebba Karlsson

Ebba Karlsson has already gained experience working with criminal cases in various roles. She served as a summer law clerk at another civil law firm and worked within the Swedish Prison and Probation Service at Norrtälje prison. Ebba also wrote her thesis on criminal law and completed an internship at the firm during her studies. Additionally, she has attended several legal courses specializing in criminal law.

In addition to her assignments as counsel for injured parties and special representative for children, Ebba supports the firm’s clients during police interrogations and trial preparations.

Ebba primarily accepts assignments as counsel for injured parties and special representative for children. She also takes on assignments as counsel in custody disputes, cases involving compulsory care (LVU, LPT, and LVM) and matters related to the Swedish Prison and Probation Service.
